Large oil companies at the anniversary gas congress of Turkmenistan

10th Gas congress is interesting not only for companies that extract, transport and process blue fuel. Among the sponsors and active participants are oil giants — Dragon Oil, Turkmen Petroleum, NaPeCo, Yug-Neftegaz, and others.

“We have our hand on the pulse,” said Hassan Abdullah Al-Adab Al Zarouni, the UAE Ambassador to Turkmenistan. – Turkmenistan is our important partner in the field of energy. We maintain contact at the government level and, henceforth, we will only expand our cooperation.

Gas is a by-product in oil production. Therefore, oil and gas companies work side by side on the Turkmen coast of the Caspian Sea, rich in “black gold”. The Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries, producing export-oriented products from hydrocarbons — various types of gasoline, diesel fuel and others — was also built on the coast.

The infrastructure from upstream to transportation to the final customer is perfected and works like a clock. On specially laid railways from the TCOR, part of the production goes to the shipping terminals of the Turkmenbashi sea port. From there, oil refining products are sent to the ports of Baku and Makhachkala.
